Bernard D. Nomberg

Bernard D. Nomberg, an attorney since 1995, joined The Cochran Firm in the Birmingham office and leads its Workers' Compensation Section. Bernard received his undergraduate degree in history from Vanderbilt University in 1990, where he played football on a full athletic scholarship. He then graduated from Jones School of Law in 1994.
Concentrating in civil litigation, Bernard has focused much of his practice on a plaintiff's litigation practice which includes representation in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation, insurance and business torts, employment litigation and real estate closings.
He is currently a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, Alabama State Bar: Workers' Compensation Section, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, Birmingham Bar Association, the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and a Member of Birmingham Association of Realtors. Bernard is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama.
