David P. Nomberg, an attorney since 2002, served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Tom King, Jr., Circuit Judge, Jefferson County in 2003. David clerked for the City of Montgomery City Attorney's office during law school and graduated from Jones School of Law in 2002. He received his undergraduate degree in pre-law from the University of Alabama. While an undergraduate, he completed internships under U. S. Senator Richard Shelby, then Lt. Gov. Don Siegleman and Judge Gay Lake (ret.), Circuit Judge, Tuscaloosa County.
David is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association where he serves on the Membership Committee (Co-Chair) and Young Lawyers Section (Executive Committee). He is also a member of the Alabama Association for Justice. David currently serves as President of the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law Alumni Association, Birmingham Area Chapter and is a member of the University of Alabama Jefferson County Alumni Association Executive Committee. David is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. David specializes in workers' compensation, personal injury, employment law and wage and hour cases.
