GARRY J. RHODEN, born in Lakeland, Florida in 1971. He earned his undergraduate degree in 1993 from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and his law degree, with honors, in 1997 from the University of Florida College of Law. Garry is admitted to practice law in Florida (1998), Mississippi (2003), Kentucky (2005), and Tennessee (2005).

Garry's practice with The Cochran Firm is devoted to medical malpractice. He also has experience in the areas of nursing home neglect, products liability, toxic torts, business torts, bad faith insurance, commercial litigation, premises liability, and automobile liability. Garry has obtained over $10 million dollars in verdicts or settlements in his career, and has tried to verdict or arbitrated to final decision a number of other cases.
