John G. Harnishfeger is a trial attorney with the Washington, D.C. office of The Cochran Firm. His practice is limited to plaintiff's medical malpractice litigation and plaintiff's nursing home malpractice litigation. John is an experienced trial attorney and maintains an active litigation practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
John is an active member of the Trial Lawyer's Associations in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, and the associations' affiliated medical malpractice litigation sections. He has lectured on multiple occasions to regional bar associations on topics related to medical malpractice litigation and nursing home malpractice litigation. John formerly served as the elected Co-Chair of the D.C. Bar Tort Section Steering Committee and has served in additional positions of leadership with the various associations of which he is an active member.
