Mimi B. Hua graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a B.A. degree in Sociology and Criminology and received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.

Ms. Hua worked as a law clerk with the law offices of James Rolshouse & Associates in July 2004, and joined the firm after graduating from law school in 2005. As an attorney with The Cochran Firm Minnesota, Ms. Hua concentrates her law practice in the areas of mass tort, product liability, drug and medical device litigation.

Ms. Hua is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, American Bar Association and American Association for Justice.
