Paul M. D'Amore

Mr. D'Amore is admitted to practice in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and the State Courts of Maryland, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey and Massachusetts. Mr. D'Amore has tried criminal cases to verdict for the States of New Jersey and Alaska. He has tried civil cases to verdict in Maryland, D.C. and Massachusetts.
Mr. D'Amore spent the early part of his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in New Jersey. In 2000, Mr. D'Amore and his family moved to Maryland, and he joined one of the regions premier medical malpractice defense firms. He was made a partner of that firm in 2006. Mr. D'Amore recently resigned his partnership and joined the Cochran Firm in order to dedicate his legal practice to assisting patients and families who have been injured due to medical negligence.
Mr. D'Amore is a graduate of Boston University's School of Management, where he received a Bachelor's degree in business finance. He received his J.D. from Northeastern University's School of Law. Mr. D'Amore and his family remain active at Northeastern University developing and funding educational programs that identify socially and economically under privileged students with high potential for achievement.
