William White was a member of the successful 2005 defense team that represented former HealthSouth CEO Richard Scrushy, who was accused of directing a massive $2.7 billion earnings overstatement. In the first trial under the Sarbanes Oxley Act, his client was acquitted of over three-dozen fraud and money laundering charges.

William White focuses his practice on all areas of criminal law. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa in 1995 and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law in May, 1998.
