David Darty joined The Cochran Firm - Dothan after he graduated from Florida State University College of Law with honors and was granted the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. David received his undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama and graduated Cum Laude. The academic elements of the practice of law have always been of great interest to David, thus he has a profound talent for finding creative solutions to complex cases. His unique, meta-analysis approach to the law makes his relationship with his clients largely exceptional. David primarily focuses on complex litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the Houston County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Florida, and Federal Court of the Middle District of Alabama.
