Kenneth C. Randall, former Dean of The University of Alabama School of Law and current CEO/President of iLawVentures, LLC, serves in an Of Counsel position with The Cochran Firm’s Alabama offices.  Kenneth became the Dean of The University of Alabama School of Law in 1985 and served for 20 years before joining iLawVentures.  During his tenure as Dean, Kenneth helped The University of Alabama School of Law achieve a Top 25 law school national ranking.  Additionally, the law school was able to generate revenue through innovative distance education programs.  Randall also helped create online education programs at multiple institutions.   Kenneth was the first Chair of the Technology Committee of the ABA Section of Legal Education. He has served as an expert witness in federal and state courts in the areas of corporate governance, lawyer ethics, and corporate finance.  He has also handled pro bono matters in areas including domestic relations and disability law, primarily in Alabama.
