Richard Ely, Jr. is a lifelong resident of New Orleans, Louisiana and has been a practicing attorney since 1998. His practice primarily includes handling complex severe personal injury cases, including traumatic brain injuries and trucking accidents. He has previously represented some of the largest insurers in first party and third-party claims and has vast experience with wrongful death and serious injury claims. He has also assisted clients with emergency response plans to catastrophic loss accidents. A graduate of Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, Richard earned Moot Court honors and served as Vice President of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and was President of the Entertainment Section of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
