Jessica K. Givens is an attorney with The Cochran Firm – Dothan and is a Dothan native. Her practice currently focuses on complex litigation and mass torts, product liability, personal injury, and environmental matters. Through her previous experience representing corporations at one of the largest Southeastern corporate defense firms, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, she has gained a unique perspective and understanding of the civil litigation process. While at Bradley, Jessica worked on various product liability, environmental, real estate and mass tort cases. She now devotes her practice to representing people who have been physically or economically harmed by large, irresponsible corporations. Jessica is licensed to practice in all Alabama State Courts and all Federal Courts in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama.
