Steindorff\u2019s Toyota Prius was sitting stopped in traffic when it was rear-ended by a Lexus, then rear-ended again when Jenner's Cadillac Escalade struck the Lexus. Jenner\u2019s collision with the Lexus caused a chain reaction, which sent the Lexus into oncoming traffic.\u00a0 The driver of the Lexus, Kim Howe, was killed when her vehicle was struck head-on by a Hummer H2.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Who Is Suing Caitlyn Jenner For Wrongful Death?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Howe\u2019s adult stepchildren filed their own wrongful death lawsuit against Jenner in May.\u00a0 Jenner\u2019s attorney responded with a motion to dismiss the suit, claiming the adult stepchildren are financially independent and therefore not entitled to any damages.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Was Caitlyn Jenner Sober During The Fatal Car Crash?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jenner was not seriously harmed in the accident.\u00a0 Alcohol is not believed to have played a role in the crash.
