CCE board director <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cochranfirm.com\/washington-dc\/about-us\/karen-e-evans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" shape=\"rect\">Karen Evans<\/a><\/strong> and Partner at <strong>The Cochran Firm, D.C.<\/strong> served as moderator. The format included opening statements, moderator questions, audience questions, and closing remarks.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Judicial Nomination Commission<\/strong>, which designates the chief judge, invited public comments as part of its selection process. The <strong>University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law<\/strong> hosted the event that drew an audience of nearly 200.
