Mr. Hurst is a trial lawyer with almost 15 years of litigation experience. He is passionate about providing justice for the injured and aggrieved victims of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, catastrophic accidents, and civil rights violations. In addition to his Personal Injury practice, he has been voted by his peers as a Leading Lawyer, a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine, and a Best Lawyer by Best Lawyers in America in the area of Family Law. Mr. Hurst is also a certified mediator, having received his mediation training at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. Mr. Hurst was recently appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve on the court’s Character and Fitness Committee for the 2024-2026 term.
