Of counsel with The Cochran Firm – Dothan, Farrest Taylor has litigated a wide variety of cases and has been involved in some of the country’s most significant high-profile environmental cases. Farrest’s practice focuses on appellate advocacy, environmental litigation, complex litigation, and personal injury. During his 20 years of practice, Farrest has written hundreds of legal briefs addressing a wide variety of issues. He has served as lead counsel in complex cases in several jurisdictions. In 2007, Farrest was co-lead counsel for an environmental case against E.I. DuPont which resulted in a $390 million jury verdict, the largest consumer verdict for that year.
