James Bailous has been a full-time employee of the Cochran Firm for the past seven years, accumulating knowledgeable experience in a wide range of personal injury, premise liability, and medical malpractice investigations. James Bailous served six years as a Law Enforcement Officer in the United States Air Force (National Guard). James has been a certified civilian Police Officer/Investigator with over 20 years of work experience.

He has received specialized training with multiple police departments including the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Virginia and Maryland State Police Departments. His training includes, but is not limited to, the areas of automobile accident, narcotic, violent crimes, CSI, and homicide investigations.
