With over thirty years experience as a criminal defense attorney, Jim Parkman received national recognition as part of the legal team that represented and successfully defended former HealthSouth chief executive Richard Scrushy against securities fraud charges.
The first lawyer to try a case under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Parkman is a confidant white-collar attorney whose legal skills have been presented in American Lawyer Magazine, law.com and The National Law Journal.
