Lance Harrison Swanner is a managing partner for the Birmingham office and an equity partner in the Mobile, Birmingham and Huntsville offices of The Cochran Firm. A 1997 graduate of the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Lance received his undergraduate degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Jones School of Law in 2001.
Lance focuses his practice in the areas of automobile accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, and nursing home litigation. His representation of clients in numerous cases has obtained many settlements in excess of one million dollars.
Lance is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association. He has been admitted to the Houston County Bar Association and to the Alabama Bar Association where he is a member or the Young Lawyers section.
