Carl E. Underwood, III, received his Bachelor of Science Degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Troy State University. Following his graduation, he attended law school at the University of Alabama School of Law where he was a Hugo Black Scholar and a member of the Alabama Law Review.

Since graduating from law school, he has primarily focused on representing Plaintiffs regarding personal injury, fraud, and products liability.
