Ben Irwin is an associate attorney with The Cochran Firm.

Ben attended Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama, where he received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he participated as a member of the Advanced Trial Team. As an author, he has written varied articles on racial based discrimination.

Ben is a licensed civil trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury, wrongful death, environmental law, and worker's compensation, focusing on product claims, and complex litigation.

Ben is admitted to practice in all Alabama State Courts, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Middle District of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association.

Ben was elected as a County Commissioner in Dale County, Alabama. He also served in the United States Army and worked overseas in South Korea, Germany, and Italy, on Military Intelligence Operations.
