David E. Haynes received his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from the University of Richmond. His practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has obtained multi-million dollar results on behalf of his clients through both verdict and settlement.
David is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland. He is also admitted in the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
