MARK LAMBERT is a native of Iuka, Mississippi and graduated Cum Laude from the Senior Honors Program at the University of Southern Mississippi. He attended the University of Memphis School of Law where he graduated in 2002. During his law school years, Mr. Lambert concentrated on courses and programs geared toward litigation including moot court and the University of Memphis Litigation Clinic. Mr. Lambert received the Dean's Award for Academic Excellence and the American Jurisprudence Award for his services to the Memphis community as a student attorney for the University of Memphis Litigation Clinic. Mr. Lambert was also presented with the Dean's Award for Academic Excellence and the American Jurisprudence Award for Best Written Appellate Memorandum and was awarded the Best Written Memorandum Award from Westlaw in a nationwide contest.

Mr. Lambert has published articles in the American Trial Lawyer's Association Update and National Insurance Law Update. He is licensed to practice Law in Mississippi and Tennessee and has been admitted to the federal courts in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas.

Mr. Lambert joined the Cochran Firm in February, 2006.
