Michael Wright, attorney representing the parents of John Crawford, III, responds to Ohio Attorney General, Mike DeWine, about the Wal-Mart shooting of the 22-year-old Crawford by Beavercreek police officers.
Wright said during the press conference, "From what we've seen, John had no opportunity to put the gun down."
Wright is asking Ohio AG DeWine to refer the case to the Department of Justice.

Wednesday, August 20, 2014, Beavercreek announced that Officer David Darkow is back on the job, according to The Ohio Associated Press. Darkow is one of the police officers involved in the August 5 shooting at the Beavercreek Wal-Mart where shopper John Crawford, III was shot and killed.
