The Cochran Firm is A voice to the people; who has no voice.
A recent High Profile Case – 19 years old with a fractured jaw; walked into the hospital. The parents were told there was a little problem with the anesthesia tube, we put it back in just fine, he will be just fine. The parents returned the following morning and found their son in a comatose, vegetative state.
Dekalb Co., awarded the family a wonderful verdict.
Another case we’re prosecuting – a woman was sterilized without her consent
