Benjamin A. Irwin is a licensed civil trial lawyer whose concentration is in personal injury, wrongful death, environmental law, and worker’s compensation, with a focus on product claims and complex litigation. Mr. Irwin served in the United States Army and worked overseas in South Korea, Germany, and Italy, on Military Intelligence Operations. Additionally, he has authored various articles on racial based discrimination. Mr. Irwin was also elected as a County Commissioner in Dale County, Alabama.
