Phil Andrews focuses his practice on advocating for clients who have suffered injury and harm due to the wrongful acts of others. He diligently works to obtain justice for individuals experiencing physical, mental, and economic injury resulting from negligence, recklessness, and civil rights’ violations. Throughout his career, Mr. Andrews has represented clients in both state and federal courts in a wide variety of legal matters.
Mr. Andrews is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Tennessee, and the federal districts of Illinois. Prior to joining The Cochran Firm, he worked at a mid-sized Chicago firm and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the American Civil Liberties Union.
