NBTA’s National Board of Complex Litigation Lawyers was put together in early 2018. Upon completion of the above tasks, an application for accreditation will be made to the American Bar Association Standing Committee for Certification. Application for approval of the ABA Standing Committee for Specialization is projected to be submitted by late 2018, with consideration of the application anticipated in 2019.
